What was the highlight of Hotel Emperador Madrid
Perfect location in the heart of Madrid.
The hotel staff speak english very well, the hotel is in a great location in the heart of the Grand Via and we had everything we need in a walking distance from the hotel. The pool looked good but unfortunately it was too cold to enjoy it but the place still offers a great view on Madrid from above on the 10th floor. The rooms were good enough for 2 people and the WiFi worked great. There are 3 elevators so you don't have to wait long when going up or down the floors. Checkout and checkin process was very fast and efficient and they had the room ready for us sooner than expected. Cheers for the lovely hotel staff always willing to help and assist with matters.
The room TV was a bit outdated and did not support Miracast and Screen Share features so we couldn't link it to the phone and watch Netflix when it was too cold outside. The windows are quite low and wide, need to be careful with curious children! The hotel restaurant at the 10th floor was good and the staff were very kind but it was a bit too pricey for us.

Location was perfect.Breakfast abundant and varied.Enjoyed the rooftop bar.Staff smart and friendly.

The hotel's location is perfect. Hotel is exceptionally clean, staff are very attentive and the breakfast is good.

A bit too expensive given that the standard room could do with some renovation, otherwise nice hotel
The terrace, the location and the lobby.
The standard room feels quite old and not very modern.
